How to Link a Resident to PointClickCare and Export Documents

If you are a caregiver or staff member at a senior living facility, you may need to link a resident's profile to PointClickCare and export their documents. Linking a Resident to PointClickCare

To begin, you will need to navigate to the resident's profile. For this example, we will be using TestResident Jetty. Once you have accessed the resident's profile, follow these steps:

Once you have completed these steps, a box will appear indicating that the resident is now integrated with PointClickCare. You can now move on to exporting their documents.

Exporting Documents to PointClickCare

Now that the resident is linked to PointClickCare, you can export their documents. Follow these steps to do so:

You can now go back to PointClickCare and view the exported document.
