  1. How to Access Resident Documents on the Patient's Dashboard

    As a caregiver or healthcare provider, it is important to have easy access to all necessary documents for your patients. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to access resident documents on the patient's dashboard.

    Step 1: Go to the Patient's Dashboard

    The first step is to log in to your account and navigate to the patient's dashboard. This can be done by clicking on the patient's name or profile picture on the main dashboard.

    Step 2: Click on "Residents"

    Once you are on the patient's dashboard, you will see a menu on the left-hand side. Click on the "Residents" tab to access the resident documents.

    Step 3: Click on "Filters"

    On the residents page, you will see a list of all the residents associated with the patient. To filter the documents, click on the "Filters" button located on the top right corner of the page.

    Step 4: Verify All Filters Are Selected

    After clicking on "Filters," a pop-up window will appear with a list of filters. Make sure that all filters are selected, including "Import" and "Other." This will ensure that all resident documents are displayed.

    Once you have verified that all filters are selected, click on the "Apply" button to save the changes.
