How to Manage Document Export Categories in Senior Sign

Step 1: Access the "Manage Document Export Categories" Menu

  • Navigate to the Templates tab. Locate the document you want to export (e.g., Residency Agreement).

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the document.

  • Select "Manage Export Categories" from the dropdown menu.


Step 2: Choose the Appropriate Export Category

  • Choose the appropriate care type (e.g., MC) and select the drop-down menu next to the title of the document.

  • Select the appropriate export category (e.g., Lease/Rental Agreement) and select 'Save'.

Step 3: Export to PointClickCare

  • After the documents have been completed, select 'Approve' from the documents menu.


  • If you would like to export the documents at the time of approval, select the 'Export Now' button on this modal.


  • You will see a menu displaying all documents included in the approved packet, along with drop-down menus for export categories to the right of each document. If any changes are needed, you can use the drop-down menu to select a different export category. Otherwise, if all selections are correct, click 'Export Selected'.


  • All completed documents have now been successfully exported to PointClickCare! A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen, and each agreement will display a status of Approved + Exported, along with a timestamp indicating when the export occurred.
