Clearing Your Cache

  • In Google Chrome

    • On your computer, open Chrome.

    • At the top right, click the three gray dots, then click ‘Clear browsing data…’

    • Under the ‘Advanced’ or ‘Basic’ Tab, select a time range, like Last hour or All time.

    • Select the types of information you want to remove.

    • Click Clear data.

  • In Safari

    • On your computer, open Safari

    • At the top left, click Safari, then click ‘Clear History…’

    • Select a time range, like Last Hour or Today

    • Click ‘Clear History’


Recommended Browser for Using Senior Sign

  • We recommend using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome on your mobile, tablet, or desktop device.

    • To update the Google Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop

      • Open Chrome

      • At the top right, click the three gray dots, hovering over ‘Help’, and then clicking “About Google Chrome”

      • This page will notify you if there is an available update for your browser.

    • To update the Google Chrome browser on a tablet or mobile device

      • Navigate to your devices respective app store

        • App Store for iOS

        • Google Play Store for Android

      • Check for available app updates


Resetting Your Password

  • If you are logging in as a resident or signing on behalf of a resident, open your browser and navigate to res.seniorsign.com

  • Click ‘Reset Password’

  • Enter in the email associated with your account and click ‘Reset Password’

    • If you are signing in for a resident and are unsure what email was used, please contact the community directly to verify.

  • Please then check your email for a link to set a new password

    • Please check your spam folder, in case your password reset email was filtered out of your main inbox.
