Clearing Your Cache
In Google Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click the three gray dots, then click ‘Clear browsing data…’
Under the ‘Advanced’ or ‘Basic’ Tab, select a time range, like Last hour or All time.
Select the types of information you want to remove.
Click Clear data.
In Safari
On your computer, open Safari
At the top left, click Safari, then click ‘Clear History…’
Select a time range, like Last Hour or Today
Click ‘Clear History’

To update the Google Chrome browser on a laptop or desktop
Open Chrome
At the top right, click the three gray dots, hovering over ‘Help’, and then clicking “About Google Chrome”
This page will notify you if there is an available update for your browser.
To update the Google Chrome browser on a tablet or mobile device
Navigate to your devices respective app store
App Store for iOS
Google Play Store for Android
Check for available app updates
Resetting Your Password
If you are logging in as a resident or signing on behalf of a resident, open your browser and navigate to res.seniorsign.com
If you are a community user, please use comm.seniorsign.com
Click ‘Reset Password’
Enter in the email associated with your account and click ‘Reset Password’
If you are signing in for a resident and are unsure what email was used, please contact the community directly to verify.
Please then check your email for a link to set a new password
Please check your spam folder, in case your password reset email was filtered out of your main inbox.
