In Google Chrome
Open Chrome on your computer.
In the top right corner, click the three gray dots.
Select “Clear browsing data…”
Choose the Basic or Advanced tab.
Pick a time range (for example, Last hour or All time).
Select the items you’d like to clear.
Click Clear data.
In Safari (Mac Only)
Open Safari on your computer.
In the top left corner, click Safari, then choose “Clear History…”
Select a time range (for example, Last Hour or Today).
Click Clear History.

To Update Google Chrome on a Computer
Open Chrome.
Click the three gray dots in the top right.
Hover over Help, then click “About Google Chrome.”
Chrome will tell you if an update is available.
To Update Chrome on a Phone or Tablet
iPhone/iPad: Open the App Store
Android: Open the Google Play Store
Then check for any Chrome updates.

Community staff: go to comm.seniorsign.com
How to Reset Your Password
On the login page, click Reset Password.
Enter the email address connected to your account.
Click Reset Password again.
Check your email for a link to create a new password.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
If you’re helping a resident and don’t know which email was used, please contact the community to confirm.

Other Reasons You May Have Trouble Logging In
