Navigating the Document List
Sign Documents
Start the signing process using the “Sign Now” button next to a document.
Once opened, follow the orange Tab on the left side to work through the fields and selections (checkboxes) requiring your input.
Before signing a document you will need to complete all of the required information fields designated with a red asterisk (*).
Once all information fields are completed, the signature and date portions of a document will be available for completion.
Click the signature field to input your Signature as created in Step 2. The popup signature box will appear for your first signature. You may click and retype your preferred signature if desired. If you are signing through Power of Attorney, a small POA will be included in your signature box.
Once all required signatures have been added, the Tab will turn green and the “Finish” button in the top right will turn green.
Select the “Finish” button to advance to the next agreement. Complete all agreements on the “Document List.”
Signature field locked?
Signature, initial, and date fields will remain locked until ALL required information fields have been completed.
